By accessing or using Dr. Pal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dr. Pal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not use our platform to store or transmit any content that violates patient privacy rights or applicable law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, during which some features may be temporarily unavailable. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

Dr. Pal is a clinic management tool and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of all your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
